From I-95/128 North
Take the Rte. 1/1A exit toward Dedham. Immediately cross into the left lane so as to take the first left toward Rte. 1A at the traffic light. After the left turn, proceed to the stop light at the junction of Rte. 1A (Washington St.)Make a right onto Washington Street and stay in the left lane where you will bear left at the next traffic light (Court St.). Proceed to the next traffic light (High St.), and turn right. Just after the courthouse make an immediate right onto Pearl St. #10 is the middle house, and Dedham Psychotherapy is on the second floor. Please have a seat on the brown couch in the hall waiting area. Please do not knock on the door unless it is open.

From I-95/128 South and Rte 109
Take the Rte. 109 East exit towards Dedham. SLOW DOWN when you come off the ramp – there is often a speed trap. After approximately 2 miles,. JUST BEFORE the first traffic light, make a right onto High St. towards Dedham Square. Proceed to the first traffic light. The Norfolk Superior Court is before you on the right. Just after the courthouse make an immediate right onto Pearl St. #10 is the middle house, and Dedham Psychotherapy is on the second floor. Please have a seat on the brown couch in the hall waiting area. Please do not knock on the door unless it is open.

PARKING
Please see our link to the area street map. There is metered parking on Pearl Street across from our office building, and there is often available hourly parking on the residential streets around the office. If Pearl Street is full, proceed to the end the street and turn left onto Norfolk St. Go through the stop sign to Franklin Square. Or, go to the end of Franklin Sq., and make a right onto School St. There is also hourly parking in front of the Dedham Public Library on Church St. Please note that all of the streets around Dedham Square are limited to one-way traffic.
